MUSE & MINT (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates 91ll.top (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have. We keep this short and readable on purpose.
What we collect
- Order information — your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. We need these to send you the jewelry you ordered.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.
- Account information — if you create an account, we store your email and order history so you can track purchases.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Why we collect it
- To process and ship your orders, and to send order confirmations and tracking updates.
- To answer your questions when you contact us.
- To detect fraud and keep the Site secure.
- To understand which products people look at, so we can stock better.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with:
- Shipping carriers (name, address, phone) to deliver your parcel.
- Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) to take payment.
- Email and analytics providers that help us send order emails and measure Site traffic.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the Site will still work, but your cart may not be remembered between visits.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting rules. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@91ll.top and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
