1. Who we are
MUSE & MINT sells fashion jewelry online at 91ll.top. “We” and “us” mean MUSE & MINT; “you” means the person browsing or ordering.
2. Products and descriptions
We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including materials and dimensions. Photographs are representative — slight differences in colour can occur between screens, and small variations are normal in plated and hand-finished jewelry. Measurements are approximate within a few millimetres.
3. Pricing
All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude import duties or local taxes, which are your responsibility. We may change prices at any time, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you are charged. If a pricing error is obvious (for example a $28 necklace listed at $0.28), we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not by itself accept the order. Acceptance happens when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing error — in which case you receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your card details. Your order is not dispatched until payment has cleared.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery times, shipping rates, and the 30-day return and refund process are set out in our Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which form part of these terms.
7. Jewelry care and skin reactions
Our pieces are plated brass or stainless steel. To keep them bright, avoid perfume, chlorine and lotion, and store them dry. Plating wear from normal use is not a defect. If you have a known metal sensitivity, check the materials listed on the product page before ordering — we cannot accept returns for skin reactions where the materials were accurately described.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — photographs, text, logo and design — belongs to MUSE & MINT and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the Site to break the law, to attempt unauthorised access, to scrape content at scale, or to resell our products as your own brand without agreement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without affecting your rights as a consumer under the law of your own country of residence.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
