When will my order ship?
Within 1–3 business days. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves us. See the Shipping Policy for delivery estimates by country.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually amend or cancel before dispatch. After that the parcel is on its way.
Is the plating real gold?
Our pieces are 18k gold plated over brass or stainless steel — a genuine gold layer, not gold-coloured paint. Care instructions are on each product page.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, for orders of 50 pieces or more. Email us with your store details and the styles you are interested in.
